How does an engagement start?
With a discovery call. We listen to your needs and decide together which of the three areas fits you and what the first step should be.
Who is the training for?
The training is for companies and their teams: HR, sales, marketing, performance marketing, creative, customer experience, managers, finance, operations, all employees and senior management. The platform for individual learners is Cezi Akademi.
Does our real data go into AI?
In training, no; no company data is used and exercises use open data and non-sensitive content. In AI transformation projects, which data goes to which model and where it is stored is agreed with you in writing before anything is built.
What is a digital maturity report?
It is an assessment report showing where an organisation stands today in strategy, processes, data, technology and people's skills. Konsantre prepares this report and supports preparation for the report required under KOSGEB's Capacity Development Support Programme.
