DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Digital transformation begins with an accurate measurement of current maturity.

We measure where your processes, data, systems and team skills stand today, show the next steps in order and carry them out on the ground.

We work in line with the DDX+ model of TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE, and support you in preparing for and implementing the DDX process.

DDX

What is DDX?

The DDX Digital Transformation Assessment Model was developed by TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE, based on Boğaziçi University’s D3A Digital Transformation Assessment Tool.

The model measures a company’s digital maturity across the dimensions of leadership, resources and processes, and the themes of technology, data management, green digitalisation and lean.

The assessment is carried out by a certified DDX consultant and results in a report showing your maturity level and a roadmap specific to your company.

The current version, DDX+, has separate question sets for the manufacturing and service sectors.

THE DDX PROCESS

The DDX assessment process

The model measures a company’s digital maturity by dimension and theme; the result is a roadmap specific to the company.

  1. 01

    Assessment

A certified consultant assesses your company by dimension and theme, using the DDX question set for your sector.

  2. 02

    Maturity report

Your digital transformation maturity level and areas for improvement are brought together in a report.

  3. 03

    Roadmap

Priority actions and the links between them become a roadmap specific to your company.

DDX AND KONSANTRE

Our role in the DDX process

  1. 01

    Preparation: data and process inventory

Before the assessment, we gather your processes, systems and data in one inventory, so the information needed in the interviews is ready.

  2. 02

    Preliminary reviewPre-analysis

We run a pre-analysis with a question set aligned to the dimensions and themes of the DDX model. This is not the official DDX assessment; it lets you see your strengths and gaps in advance.

  3. 03

    Putting the roadmap into practice

We break the report’s roadmap into projects, put them in order and agree with you how each step will be measured.

  4. 04

    AI and automation projects

We turn the data, analytics and automation steps in the roadmap into working applications, such as a knowledge assistant, an agent or process automation.

  5. 05

    Team capability through training

We close the skill gaps shown in the report with training built on each team’s own work.

The official DDX assessment and report are prepared by certified consultants in the DDX+ Consultant Pool. We work before and after that process, on preparation, pre-analysis and implementation.

WHAT WE DELIVER

Building on the maturity assessment, we prepare a roadmap showing which steps to take in what order, what each depends on and how it will be measured. AI steps are not a separate add-on but a natural part of the map.

    WHAT YOU RECEIVE
    • A prioritised list of projects
    • Dependencies and measurement indicators
    • Owners and decision points
  • AI readiness analysis

We assess how ready your data, systems, rules and teams are for AI applications. We state plainly where it is safe and sensible to start, and what needs fixing first.

    WHAT YOU RECEIVE
    • A data and systems readiness assessment
    • Suitable first use cases
    • Training and governance needs
  • AI in green transformation

We integrate AI into green transformation. We analyse your resource data, such as energy, water and raw materials, with AI and make visible where waste and improvement opportunities lie. We automate the repetitive data collection and summarising work in carbon and energy reporting.

    • An automated data collection and summary flow for reporting
    • A note on priority improvement areas
  • Preparing for support programmes

Before you apply to programmes such as KOSGEB's SME Digital Transformation Support Programme, we prepare your organisation: we gather the necessary information and documents, run a pre-analysis and help you get ready for the official assessment report. The report the programme requires is prepared by certified consultants. The funding decision rests with the institution; we do not guarantee outcomes.

    WHAT YOU RECEIVE
    • A list of required information and documents
    • A pre-analysis note to prepare for the official assessment
    • A prioritisation and next-steps note for the investments in the report

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is DDX?

The DDX Digital Transformation Assessment Model is a digital maturity model developed by TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE, based on Boğaziçi University’s D3A tool. It measures where a company stands in its digital transformation today and produces a roadmap specific to that company. Its current version, DDX+, has separate question sets for manufacturing and services.

Who can carry out a DDX assessment?

The official DDX assessment and report are carried out by consultants who have completed the TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE certificate programme and joined the DDX+ Consultant Pool; the company chooses its consultant from that pool. Konsantre does not carry out the official assessment today; we work on preparation, pre-analysis and putting the roadmap into practice.

Can we get KOSGEB support?

If you are a small or medium-sized manufacturing company, you can apply to KOSGEB’s SME Digital Transformation Support Programme; micro enterprises are not eligible. You need an approved maturity assessment report from a certified consultant. Because conditions change, we check the current guidelines with you before you apply; the funding decision rests with KOSGEB.

How does DDX connect with AI transformation?

DDX shows where you stand on themes such as technology, data, analytics and cyber security. The data and automation steps in the roadmap are natural starting points for AI applications. We prioritise these steps, put them into practice with small, measurable pilots and prepare your teams through training.
