Short Form
A shared form covering all eight dimensions. It shows the overall picture of the organisation and the perception gap between management and employees.
- All 8 dimensions
- The same questions for every role
- Quick to complete, broad coverage
The AI Index measures where your organisation stands today in its AI transformation across 8 dimensions, and expresses the result as a 0–100 index on a 5-level scale. Managers and employees take part according to their role; results are reported at company level only.
A company manager signs up; the team joins through personal invitations. The assessment is currently in Turkish.
You start the assessment and follow your team’s participation in the panel.
You create your account as a company manager and verify your email address. Your organisation details and the participating roles are defined.
You send personal, single-use assessment links to your managers and employees, and follow participation by role and by form.
Participants complete the form suited to their role: the Short Form for everyone, the Long Form for role-based depth.
Results are combined at company level. The company manager sees the index, the level and the detailed company report in the panel; we review the report together in a meeting with Konsantre.
The index treats AI transformation not only as technology, but together with strategy, data, governance, people and culture.
How AI links to organisational goals, senior ownership and how clear the priorities are.
How use cases are chosen and prioritised, and how the value they create is measured.
Data accessibility, quality and ownership, and how usable the data is for AI work.
Approved tools, infrastructure, integration options and information security measures.
Usage policy, risk classification, approval flows and compliance with KVKK.
The AI capability of employees and managers, training needs and role definitions.
Openness to experimentation, readiness for change, communication and how teams view AI.
How AI is embedded in processes, who is responsible and how roll-out is organised.
The 0–100 index score corresponds to one of five levels. The level shows what to focus on next.
AI is on the agenda, but there is no organisation-wide direction or rule yet.
Teams try tools on their own; results are scattered and not measured.
Priorities, rules and responsibilities are taking shape; the first pilots are running.
Proven use cases spread across units; value is measured regularly.
AI is a natural part of how work is done; processes and roles have been redesigned around it.
A shared form covering all eight dimensions. It shows the overall picture of the organisation and the perception gap between management and employees.
A detailed form shaped by the participant’s role. Senior management, IT and data, business unit and R&D managers go deeper into their own areas of responsibility.
The visuals below show how the report is structured; the data is illustrative and does not belong to a real organisation.

38% of employees say they use an unapproved tool at work.
57% of employees are not aware of a written usage rule.
There are signs that customer and employee information is entered into tools.
Half of the pilots have no named owner or success criterion.
Put in writing which tool may be used with which data, and announce it to every employee.
An introductory programme across the organisation to close the 15-point gap between management and employee perception.
Classify use cases by risk level to bring the governance dimension up to S3.
Strengthen the data foundation by assigning a data owner and access rule to each use case.
The report shows only results combined at company and role-group level. Individual answers are never shared with your company or anyone else.
Each participant joins through a single-use link. The company manager sees participation rates, not who answered what.
Personal data is processed in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), solely to run and report the assessment.
The assessment does not ask for data about your work processes or customers; the questions are limited to the organisation’s AI readiness.
The Konsantre AI Transformation Index is an assessment that measures your organisation’s AI maturity across 8 dimensions. The result is a 0–100 index and a 5-level scale from Awareness to Transformation.
Senior management, IT and data teams, business unit and R&D managers, and employees. Involving different roles reveals the perception gap between management and employees and makes the result more reliable.
The Short Form has 40 questions, takes about 12 minutes and is the same for everyone. The Long Form is shaped by role, has up to 50 questions and takes about 25 minutes.
No. Results are reported only in combined form at company and role-group level. Individual answers are never shared with your company or anyone else.
You sign up as a company manager. From your panel you send assessment links to your employees and follow participation by role. Participants only fill in the form; results are reported at company level.
The company manager sees the company-level results built from employee responses, and the report, in the panel: index, radar, heatmap, critical risk indicators and recommendations. Participants do not see results; individual answers are never shown. We review the report together in a meeting with Konsantre.
The report is a starting point. Depending on your needs, you can continue with AI 101 training, training shaped by the index, the AI Transformation Map and advisory work. You decide which step to take.
