Same Question, Different Results: Prompt to Workflow

Prompts, briefs, plans and multi-step workflows.

Goal: Participants see live how differently the same task turns out with a poor prompt and with a well-built brief, and start using prompts, plans and multi-step workflows in their own work.

Who it is for

  • Anyone who uses AI but does not get the result they want
  • All departments

What participants gain

  • Getting a usable result from AI on the first attempt
  • A prompt library prepared for their own work
  • A brief skill to use for every new task

Content

  1. 01Live comparisonThe same task is done first with a one-sentence prompt, then with a complete brief, and the difference is examined together.
  2. 02How to write a good briefGoal, context, constraints, output format and an example, practised on the participant’s own work.
  3. 03Plan first, then executeHaving AI ask questions and draw up a plan first, then approving the plan and having the work done that way.
  4. 04Multi-step work with a workflowA live demonstration of a workflow made of agents that research, write and review.
  5. 05Having AI check its own outputHaving AI find its own mistakes; a second opinion and a verification step.
  6. 06Prompt librarySaving the most used prompts and the brief template as a skill.
